AIMS
CPEOP allows for a semi-quantitative assessment of eco-design optimisation potential during design improvement or redesign and focuses on the key eco-design elements of a product. It can help design engineers systematically determine the deficiencies of an existing product in eco-design and analyse the feasibility of eco-design improvement. CPEOP provides a methodological foundation for eco-design task planning, and its results can be used to define improvement tasks related to product eco-design.
